改革开放以后,我国旅游业发展日新月异,旅游客源源源不断。按照旅游业发展需要,优秀导游人才将在今后一段很长的时期内供不应求。但是优秀导游人才的素质培养却一直没有成为行业注意的重点,这也是近年来在消费者维权时旅游行业频频出现问题的原因所在。本文明确提出了优秀导游人才应具备的各项素质,进而从政府、企业、个人等层面出发,全面并有针对性地提出了有分工的导游人才素质培养途径体系。
After the reform and opening up, China’s tourism industry is developing rapidly with an endless stream of tourists. In accordance with the needs of the development of tourism, excellent talented people will be in short supply in the long period of time to come. However, the cultivation of quality of excellent tour guides has not become the focus of attention in the industry. This is also the reason why the tourism industry frequently appears in recent years when consumers defend their rights. This paper clearly put forward the various qualities outstanding tour guide personnel should have, and then from the government, enterprises, individuals and other levels, comprehensively and specifically put forward a division of labor quality guide system for tour guides.
