环境法治建设是我国法治建设的一项重要内容,加强环境法治建设,有利于我国依法治国的实现。环境法治与科学发展观是不可分割的,二者是相互作用的。科学发展观不仅为环境法治提供了基本价值取向,促进了环境法治理念的形成,而且为环境法治确立了科学的内涵;而环境法治是科学发展观的重要实践,为科学发展观的实现提供了法律保障。
The construction of environmental law is an important part of the construction of rule of law in our country. Strengthening the building of environmental law is conducive to the realization of governing the country according to law. Environmental rule of law and the scientific concept of development are indivisible and the two interact. The scientific concept of development not only provides the basic value orientation for the rule of law in the environment, promotes the formation of the concept of environmental law and rule, but also establishes the scientific connotation for the rule of law of the environment. The rule of law of the environment is an important practice of the scientific concept of development and provides the realization of the scientific concept of development legal protection.
