竞争法的有效实施依赖于竞争程序制度和理论的建设和完善。本文希望通过推荐Hans-J(u|¨)rgen Ahrens教授主编的《竞争程序》一书,向中国读者简要介绍德国的竞争诉讼程序以供参考借鉴。
The effective implementation of competition law depends on the construction and improvement of competition procedure system and theory. This article hopes to introduce Chinese competition proceedings to Chinese readers for reference by recommending the book “Competition Procedures” edited by Professor Hans-J (u ¨) rgen Ahrens.
