对聚己内酯的乙醇解聚反应条件进行了研究,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对醇解产物进行定性分析,气相色谱仪对醇解产物进行定量分析。结果表明:聚己内酯在常压下进行醇解反应,当乙醇:聚己内酯:催化剂质量比为50:10:0.15,反应温度为323K,反应时间为2h时,聚己内酯醇解率达95.495%;醇解产物主要为?-己内酯和6-羟基己酸乙酯的混合物。通过本研究,为废聚己内酯的资源化回收利用提供了技术方法。
The polycaprolactone ethanol depolymerization reaction conditions were studied using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry qualitative analysis of alcoholysis products, gas chromatography analysis of alcoholysis products. The results showed that polycaprolactone under the atmospheric pressure alcoholysis reaction, when the ethanol: polycaprolactone: catalyst mass ratio of 50: 10: 0.15, the reaction temperature was 323K, the reaction time was 2h, polycaprolactone The dissolution rate reached 95.495%. The alcoholysis product was mainly a mixture of? -caprolactone and ethyl 6-hydroxycaproate. Through this research, it provides a technical method for the recycling recovery of waste polycaprolactone.
