目的：对烤瓷贴面在美容修复治疗中的疗效进行观察。方法：在本院2012年12月至2013年12月期间所收治的患者中选取77例作为此次观察对象，随后将其以35与42例的方式将其分为观察组与对照组，其中观察组患者使用全瓷式烤瓷贴面治疗，对照组则使用金属常规美容修复方式进行治疗，修复治疗后使用CDA判断标准对比两组患者的修复效果。结果：使用全瓷式烤瓷贴面进行修复治疗的观察组患者，其在颜色、解剖外形、龈缘灰线、牙龈刺激以及磨除牙体组织少等方面显著优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：在烤瓷贴面的美容修复治疗中，全瓷式烤瓷贴面的美容修复效果优于金属式烤瓷冠的美容修复效果。“,”objective:curative efect of PFMcover in the cosmetic repair treatment were observed.Methods:in our hospital between December 2012 and December 2013,during this time the patients were treated by the selected 77 cases as the observation object,which is then to 35 and 42 cases,it can be divided into observation group and control group,the observation group of patients with ful porcelain PFMcover treatment,control group using conventional metal treatment in the form of cosmetic repair repair after treatment using CDA judgment standard com-pared to the repair ef ect of two groups of patients.Results:using the porcelain type of PFMcover repair treatment observation group of patients,its color,anatomical shape,transparent grey line grinding in addition to the teeth,gums,stimulation and less group significantly bet er than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:in the cosmetic repair of PFMcover treatment,al porcelain type porcelain veneers cosmetic repair ef ect is bet er than that of metal porcelain crowns cosmetic repair ef ect.
