With the extensive application of information technology in modern agriculture and the implementation of the State Council’s “Internet +” operation, new types of professional farmers in Xinjiang are set higher demands. How to use information technology and informatization means to upgrade the training level of the new type of professional farmers in Xinjiang has become a problem to be solved urgently.
