为掌握结构混凝土破损修复后的服役性能,进行了快速修复材料与旧混凝土协同工作性能的系统研究。以环氧树脂、乙二胺、丙酮为基体,设计了快速修复材料;对快速修复材料硬化浆体与既有混凝土的协同工作性,包括抗压、抗折强度和稳定性等指标,进行了系统研究。结果表明,快速修复混凝土的协同抗压和抗劈裂性能均得到提高,其中协同抗压强度最高可提高80%,4h的收缩值仅为0.095mm,完全满足结构混凝土快速修复的要求。
In order to understand the service performance of structural concrete after damaged and repaired, a systematic study on the synergistic working performance between the rapidly repaired material and old concrete was carried out. Based on epoxy resin, ethylenediamine and acetone, a rapid repair material was designed. The results show that both the compressive strength and the cleavage resistance of the rapidly repaired concrete are improved.
