基于H2SO4-硼砂介质中,钼抑制H202氧化甲基绿的显色反应,建立了测定痕量钼的新方法。确定了抑制褪色反应测定钼的动力学条件,抑制反应的表观活化能Ea=14.64 kJ/mol,反应速率常数K’=3.77×10-4/s。方法线性范围为0~0.5 mg/L,检出限为3.82μg/L。方法的表观摩尔吸收系数ε=5.357×105L.mol-1.cm-1。用于本地钼尾矿中钼含量的测定,相对标准偏差为2.3%~3.1%,标准加入回收率为96.0%~104%,结果令人满意。
Based on the H2SO4-borax medium, molybdenum inhibits the color reaction of H202 oxidation of methyl green, a new method for the determination of trace molybdenum was established. The kinetic conditions for the determination of molybdenum, which inhibit the fading reaction, were determined. The apparent activation energy Ea was 14.64 kJ / mol and the reaction rate constant K ’was 3.77 × 10-4 / s. The linear range of the method was 0 ~ 0.5 mg / L with the detection limit of 3.82 μg / L. For the determination of molybdenum content in the local molybdenum tailings, the relative standard deviation was 2.3% ~ 3.1%, and the standard addition recovery was 96.0% ~ 104%.
