对商业轧制CP2钛板进行50%冷轧后再于650℃进行不同时间退火,随后室温下进行单轴拉伸实验,研究了退火处理对钛板组织和性能的影响。结果表明,冷轧后650℃下退火,组织得到细化,性能得到改善。与原始板材相比,冷轧未退火材料强度提高而塑性急剧下降;而对于冷轧后退火材料,强度稍微降低而塑性得到明显改善。随退火时间的延长,晶粒长大明显。
The commercial rolled CP2 titanium plates were cold-rolled at 50% and then annealed at 650 ℃ for different time. Uniaxial tensile tests at room temperature were carried out to study the effect of annealing on the microstructure and properties of the titanium plates. The results show that annealing at 650 ℃ after cold rolling can refine the microstructure and improve its properties. Compared with the original plate, cold-rolled unannealed material strength increased sharply while plasticity decreased sharply; whereas, for the post-cold-rolled annealed material, the strength was slightly reduced and the ductility was significantly improved. With the extension of annealing time, the grains grow obviously.
