本院自1977年9月起改用上海手术器械七厂FDr-1型妇科电熨器治疗中型及重型宫颈炎154例,经过多次随访,病人普遍反映效果良好。但由于术后局部渗液多,出血多,脱痂期长,延长了整个疗程。我们在术后出现的三个不同临床阶段——渗液期、脱痂期、上皮新生期,加用中药治疗,并以单纯电熨不加任何药物以及电熨术后加用西药治疗为对照,分别观察其疗程,现将结果报道如下。一、渗液期治疗方法:第一组电熨术毕,除作局部清洁外,未作任何特殊治疗。第二组电熨术毕,涂以1％龙胆紫,再喷
Since September 1977, our hospital changed to use FDr-1 type gynecologic electric iron ironing machine of No. 7 Factory of Shanghai Surgical Instrument to treat 154 cases of medium and heavy cervicitis. After many follow-up visits, the patients generally showed good results. However, due to local postoperative effusion, bleeding, stripping off a long period, extending the entire course of treatment.
