随着经济体制改革的展开和深入,改革政府工作机构的问题也日益突出起来。九十年代要开创改革开放新局面,经济上一个新台阶,大力推进生产力的发展,必须从转变政府职能,实行简政放权入手,并与经济体制改革结合起来进行。本文仅就当前经济体制改革中,为建立社会主义市场经济运行机制而建设社会主义市场体系的紧迫性,来阐述转变政府职能的必要性。
With the unfolding and deepening of the economic reform, the issue of reforming the government’s working institutions has also become increasingly prominent. In the 1990s, if we want to open up a new situation in reform and opening up and the economy reaches a new stage and vigorously promote the development of the productive forces, we must start with transforming the functions of the government, implementing simpler and decentralization of power, and combining it with economic structural reform. This article only elaborates on the urgency of building a socialist market system for the establishment of a socialist market economy in the current economic structural reform and expounds the necessity of transforming government functions.
