在我国的行政机构体系中,乡镇作为基层的行政机构,其在农村与城镇之间搭建出一条沟通与联系的桥梁。随着新中国成立以来,乡镇机构在我国社会不断发展与建设的过程中发挥了重要的作用,同时其政治职责与部门定位也在不断的变化与完善。特别是在改革开放之后,乡镇机构在不断完善自身管理体系,增强职能发展方面有了重大的进展,更好的顺应了社会主义经济建设的不断发展。因此,本文就在此背景下主要结合笔者所在地成武县白浮图镇政府,重点分析乡镇经济发展的指导思想、基本原则以及产生的问题,并提出可行性的建议。 In our administrative system, the township, as the grass-roots administrative organ, establishes a bridge of communication and contact between rural areas and cities and towns. With the founding of New China, township and town agencies have played an important role in the continuous development and construction of our society. At the same time, their political responsibilities and departmental positions are constantly changing and improving. Especially after the reform and opening up, the township and village organizations have made significant progress in continuously improving their own management system and enhancing their functional development, and have better complied with the continuous development of socialist economic construction. Therefore, based on this background, this paper mainly combines the government of Baifutu Town, Chengwu County, where the author is located, with emphasis on the guiding ideology, basic principles and problems arising from the economic development of township and towns and puts forward feasible suggestions.
