作者采用腭部岛状瓣、咽后壁粘膜瓣、Ｚ成形术，鼻腔粘膜后退术四种方法修复腭裂鼻腔创面１２５例，并对各种手术方法的适应症、操作要点进行了讨论。
The authors used palate island flap, posterior pharyngeal mucosal flap, Z-plasty and nasal mucosa retrograde to repair 125 cases of cleft palate and nasal cavity. The indications and operating points of various surgical methods were discussed.
