在C616普通车床上,频繁移动尾架顶尖是一项很繁琐费力的工作。为此,我们对C616普通车床的尾架作了改进,使之成为液压尾架。改进时尽量不破坏原有尾架的结构,以便一旦液压功能不需要时,仍可恢复原样使用。图示为改进后的液压尾架。原尾架中的丝杠副、后盖和手轮等零件被拆除,并作妥善保管,以便日后需要时再用。改装时在原螺母处装一带杆活塞,并用φ10圆柱销使之与尾架套筒连成一整体,压力油由新制成的后盖进入尾架体的φ60孔中。此孔不经任何改动,就成为液压尾架油缸的压力腔。尾架顶尖复位时借助于弹簧。为防止无工件时,误启动油压系统而使尾架套筒
In the C616 ordinary lathe, frequent moving the tailstock tip is a very tedious work. To this end, we have made improvements to the tailstock C616 ordinary lathe, making it a hydraulic tailstock. As far as possible, the structure of the original tailstock will not be damaged as much as possible so that once the hydraulic function is not needed, it can still be restored to its original use. The diagram shows a modified hydraulic tailstock. Parts of the original tailstock, such as lead screws, back cover and hand wheel, are removed and kept for future use when needed. In the modification, a rod piston was installed at the original nut, and φ10 cylindrical pin was used to make it integral with the tailstock sleeve.
