由民建四川省委、民建重庆市委和民建中央经济委员会、重庆工商大学、重庆综合经济研究院、《重庆晨报》、中国民营企业国际合作发展促进会协办的“川渝经济合作与发展论坛”于2006年底在重庆举行。民建中央成思危主席、中共重庆市委汪洋书记、重庆市政府黄奇帆副市长、民建四川省委王恒丰主委等有关领导出席了会议,并作了重要讲话和演讲。参会代表主要由民建会员中的专家学者、企业家组成,共300余人,其中四川代表100人。论坛就川渝经济合作的区位优势、战略价值、基本模式和政策保障等方面进行了广泛研究和探索。会议印发了汇集两地专家学者99篇论文的《论文汇编》。中央有关媒体和川渝多家媒体都对会议作了报道,取得了良好的社会效果,引起了较大的社会反响。现借“民主党派之窗”栏目,展示论坛一隅,并选登其中4篇论文以飨读者。
The “Sichuan-Chongqing Economic Cooperation and Development” co-organized by the Democratic Progressive Party of Sichuan Province, the People's Democratic Republic of China, the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and the Central Economic Commission of Chongqing Municipality, Chongqing Technology and Business University, Chongqing Institute of Comprehensive Economic Research, the Chongqing Morning Post and the China Association of Private Enterprises for International Cooperation and Development Forum “was held in Chongqing in late 2006. Chairman of the People's Liberation Army Central Committee Cheng Siwei, secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee Wang Yang, deputy mayor of Chongqing Municipal Government Huang Qifan and chairman of the Democratic National Construction Association Sichuan Provincial Committee Wang Hengfeng attended the meeting and made important speeches and speeches. Participants mainly composed of experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from the civil society members, a total of more than 300 people, including 100 representatives of Sichuan. The forum conducted extensive research and exploration on the regional advantages, strategic values, basic models and policy guarantees of the Sichuan-Chongqing economic cooperation.
