本文通过从铁路企业全面预算管理的现状着手,分析了铁路企业全面预算管理中存在的问题,提出了如何建立科学合理的全面预算管理体系。
Based on the status quo of the comprehensive budget management of railway enterprises, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the overall budget management of railway enterprises and puts forward how to establish a scientific and rational overall budget management system.
