依据ASTM用于CT试样获取断裂韧度载荷分离理论规则化方法提出量纲一载荷分离法,从而完善用于断裂韧度测试的载荷分离理论,且根据弹塑性有限元精细计算结果以及直通型CT变形几何关系,提出裂纹嘴张开位移与加载线位移的转换公式。采用不同初始裂纹长度CT钝裂纹试样对公式的有效性和精确性进行试验验证,进而实现对1Cr12Mo、30Cr2Ni4Mo V以及P91管材10Cr9Mo1VNb N三种合金直通型CT试样的JR阻力曲线测定,结果表明,试验值与公式计算值的最大相对误差均在5%以内。
Based on the theoretic method of load separation theory of fracture toughness obtained by ASTM for CT specimens, a dimension-load separation method is proposed to improve the theory of load separation for fracture toughness testing. According to the detailed calculation results of elasto-plastic finite element method, CT deformation geometry, put forward crack mouth opening displacement and loading line displacement conversion formula. The validity of the formula and the accuracy of the test were validated by using the samples with different initial crack length CT blunt cracks.Then the JR resistance curve of three kinds of alloy through CT specimens of 1Cr12Mo, 30Cr2Ni4Mo V and P91 pipe 10Cr9Mo1VNb N was realized, the results showed , The maximum relative error between experimental value and calculated value is less than 5%.
