济南市某校初中生心理健康调查及相关因素分析

【目的】研究初中生心理健康状况及其与家庭中各因素之间的关系,为心理干预提供依据。【方法】整群抽取济南市某校初中生2 385人,采用一般情况调查问卷、父母教养方式评价量表(Egma Minnen av Betraffande Uppfos-tran,EMBU)、症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)进行评估。【结果】初中生心理健康状况不良检出率为15.4%,性别、年级间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。除了偏爱被试项,心理健康不良组与健康组学生的父母教养方式差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析示,初中生心理健康的影响因素有父亲职业、父亲健康状况、母亲文化程度、家庭所在地社会风气、父母是否经常吵架及单亲情况(P值均<0.05)。【结论】济南市初中生心理健康状况不容忽视,并与父母教养方式及家庭环境有关。 【Objective】 To study the relationship between mental health status of junior high school students and various factors in the family and provide basis for psychological intervention. 【Methods】 A total of 2 385 middle school students were enrolled in a school in Jinan City. The questionnaires of general situation, EMBU, Symptom Checklist 90, SCL-90). 【Results】 The detection rate of mental health of junior high school students was 15.4%, there was no significant difference between sex and grade (P> 0.05). Except for preference subjects, there were significant differences in parenting styles between poor mental health group and healthy group students (P <0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of mental health of junior high school students were father’s occupation, father’s health status, mother’s education level, social atmosphere of family’s hometown, whether parents often quarrel and single parents (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 The mental health status of junior high school students in Jinan City should not be neglected. It is also related to parental rearing patterns and family environment.
