本文根据激光散斑原理并利用传递函数的概念,给出了散斑场归一化参数对比度与物面轮廓算术平均偏差 R_a 的近似关系式,并对 R_a≤0.072μm 的不同加工方法所获表面进行了联机研究,给出了粗糙度评定方法及测试软件.单板机用于激光散斑法测量表面粗糙度的实时计算与评定可大大提高测量精度和速度,同时可降低对系统的调试及被测试件的要求.本系统可自动计算、显示并打印被测试件的平均算术偏差 R_a 数值.
