本文报道68例正常孕妇进行淋巴母细胞转化试验测定和76例正常孕妇各期进行T 细胞亚群(T_γ及 T_μ细胞)测定结果。1.妊娠各期(早、中、晚)PHA 淋巴母细胞转化试验与非孕妇对照有明显降低。2.正常妊娠的早、中、晚三期之间,PHA 淋巴母细胞转化试验无明显差异。3.正常妊娠期 T 淋巴细胞中带有 IgG Fc 受体的 EA_G 花环%(T_γ细胞)显著增加,而带有IgM Fc 受体的 EA_M花环%(T_μ细胞)则减少.4.正常妊娠各期 T 淋巴细胞总数较非孕妇增加.说明妊娠期细胞免疫受到生理调节的抑制。
This article reports 68 cases of normal pregnant women lymphocyte transformation test and 76 cases of normal pregnant women T cell subsets (T_γ and T_μ cells) measured results. 1. Pregnancy (early, middle and late) PHA lymphoblastic transformation test and non-pregnant women significantly reduced. Normal pregnancy, early, middle and late phase, PHA lymphoblast transformation test no significant difference. The percentages of EA_G rosette (T_γ cells) with IgG Fc receptor in normal pregnant T lymphocytes were significantly increased, while the percentages of EA_M rosette (T_μ cells) with IgM Fc receptor decreased.4. T lymphocytes than non-pregnant women increased, indicating that cellular immunity during pregnancy by the physiological regulation of inhibition.
