为提高乙基纤维素的进一步应用,以乙基纤维素为原料,马来酸酐为衍生化试剂,制备了马来酸乙基纤维素,通过红外、核磁、X射线衍射、差示扫描量热(DSC)等手段对其结构及性质进行了表征,研究了反应各因素对产物取代度的影响,确定了马来酸乙基纤维素(ECMA)最佳反应条件为:马来酸酐与乙基纤维素中羟基总量物质的量之比为4∶1,反应时间为6 h,催化剂无水乙酸钠与马来酸酐物质的量之比为1∶1,反应温度80℃,产物最高取代度(DS)为0.41。此产物不仅可以进行接枝共聚合,还可进行交联反应等。
In order to improve the further application of ethylcellulose, ethylcellulose as raw material and maleic anhydride as derivatization reagent, ethylcellulose maleate was prepared. The yield of ethylcellulose was determined by infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to characterize their structure and properties. The effects of various factors on the degree of product substitution were studied. The optimum reaction conditions of ethylmaleic maleate (ECMA) were determined as follows: maleic anhydride and ethyl The ratio of the amount of hydroxyl groups in cellulose is 4: 1, the reaction time is 6 h, the ratio of anhydrous sodium acetate to maleic anhydride is 1: 1, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the highest degree of substitution (DS) was 0.41. This product can not only graft copolymerization, but also cross-linking reaction.
