对从事流水作业缝纫工207人和对照组127人进行了健康调查。对其作业体位、人-机测量、劳动强度和工作环境有关因素监测,应用计算机SAS语言进行统计分析。结果表明:从事流水作业的缝纫工慢性肌肉骨骼损伤的症状以下背疼痛、双上肢和双肩疼痛最为明显。参考两组人-机测量所得的数据,建议坐位工作人员工作台与工作椅高度之差除以身高值,宜在0.20cm左右,座椅高度除以身高值,宜在0.26cm左右。 A total of 207 sewing workers and 127 control workers were surveyed. Monitor their position, man-machine measurement, labor intensity and working environment, and use computer SAS language to make statistical analysis. The results showed that the sewing workers who engaged in running water had the symptoms of chronic musculoskeletal injury with lower back pain and the most obvious pain in both upper limbs and shoulders. Reference to two sets of people - machine measurements obtained data suggest that the difference between the height of the sitting staff table and work chair height divided by the height value should be about 0.20cm, seat height divided by the height value, should be about 0.26cm.
