目的:对内分泌科开展护士岗位管理的临床实践进行回顾性分析,探究岗位管理措施和成效。方法:对长兴县中医院2013年2月~2014年2月内分泌科开展岗位管理的实践进行回顾分析,按照护理需求设立相应的岗位,按照岗位的需求量分配人员。明确每一名护士的责任和义务,使其在各自的岗位上发挥出应有的作用。对比分析实施护士岗位管理前后护士的考核达标率、护理质量、护士对岗位满意度以及患者满意度。结果:实施护士岗位管理后护士考核达标率较之前有明显的提升(P<0.05)。实施之后护理质量较之前有明显的提高(P<0.05)。且患者护理满意度较实施之前也有了明显的提高(P<0.05)。结论:内分泌科开展护士岗位管理效果显著,有效地改善护理质量,提高患者满意度,减少不良事件的发生。
Objective: To retrospectively analyze the clinical practice of nurse position management in the Department of Endocrinology and to explore the post management measures and effectiveness. Methods: The practice of post management in Changxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2013 to February 2014 was retrospectively analyzed. Relevant positions were set up according to nursing needs and staffing was allocated according to the demand of post. Clarify the responsibilities and obligations of each nurse so that they can play their due role in their respective positions. Comparative analysis of nurses before and after the implementation of the post examination and management compliance rate, quality of care, job satisfaction and patient satisfaction of nurses. Results: The nurses’ examination and approval rate after the implementation of nurse post management was significantly higher than before (P <0.05). After the implementation of the quality of care was significantly improved (P <0.05). And patient satisfaction was significantly improved before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The endocrinology department has significant effect of nurse job management, effectively improving nursing quality, improving patient satisfaction and reducing the incidence of adverse events.
