为了进一步探讨酵米面中毒病原菌——椰毒假单细胞菌的毒黄素对免疫细胞的毒性及解毒作用,我们利用~3H—TdR掺入DNA法检测了不同浓度毒黄素对免疫细胞的毒性作用和7种药物的解毒作用。结果显示,0.5μg/ml以上剂量的毒黄素,CPM值显著下降,而0.1μg/ml剂量的毒黄素出现了CPM值的明显回升,还肉眼观察了毒黄素对免疫细胞的影响。从药物对毒黄素的解毒作用看出,SOD、还原性谷胱甘肽、细胞色素C和维生素C作用快而持久,具有明显缓解毒黄素对淋巴细胞的申毒作用。
In order to further investigate the toxicity and detoxification effects of the toxic venom of virulent rice surface poisonous bacterium Pseudomonas codonopsidum on immune cells, we used the ~3H-TdR incorporation DNA method to test the toxicity of different concentrations of toxin to immune cells. Effects and detoxification of 7 drugs. The results showed that the CPM value of the toxin with a dose of 0.5 μg/ml or more decreased significantly, and the CPM value of the toxin with a dose of 0.1 μg/ml showed a significant rebound. The effect of the toxin on the immune cells was also visually observed. From the detoxification effect of the drug on the toxin, it can be seen that the effects of SOD, reducing glutathione, cytochrome C, and vitamin C are fast and long lasting, which can significantly relieve the detoxification effect of the toxin on lymphocytes.
