库仑定律是电磁现象的基本规律。它也和其它物理规律一样,有其适用条件。在教学中搞清这一点,对于学员正确理解和运用这一定律是很有必要的。电磁学中,库仑定律(?)的适用条件一般提法是:“真空中,两个静止的点电荷”。“点电荷”这一条件任何情况下都是必要的,否则库仑定律就不成立。在相对介电常数为ε_r 的电介质中,场源 Q 在距其r 处激发的电场为:(?),检验电荷 q 在该处受到的库仑力为(?),是真空中受力的(?)。也就
