本试验以花托为外植体对适宜在海南省栽培的耐高温切花非洲菊品系进行了组织培养,成功获得再生植株,并建立了快速繁殖体系。试验将外植体材料,经消毒后,在无菌条件下,分别接种到不同成分配比的固体培养基上(包括愈伤组织及芽诱导培养基,丛生芽增殖培养基,生根培养基)进行培养。通过比较、分析等方法,筛选出最适宜的培养基。并通过实际操作获得了炼苗、移栽等相关技术。试验结果表明:非洲菊组织培养的最佳诱导培养基是MS+BA 6.0 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+卡拉胶7 g/L;最佳增殖培养基是MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+卡拉胶7 g/L;最佳生根培养基是1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L+蔗糖15 g/L+卡拉胶7 g/L。并且本试验在炼苗、移栽等相关技术方面也得出了一定的结论。为非洲菊优良切花品种在海南省快速推广和新品种研发等提供技术支持。

The best proliferation medium was MS + BA 0.5 The best rooting medium was 1 / 2MS + IBA 0.5 mg / L + NAA 0.05 mg / L + sucrose 15 g / L + carrageenan 7 g / L. And this experiment also got some conclusions in the aspects of hardening, transplanting and other related technologies.
