研究了发生扰动时带相间功率控制器 ( IPC)联络线两侧电网间相位相对滑移和异步运行状态的问题。在揭示带 IPC联络线电流“对侧占优”准则、论证相对滑移期间联络线电流能够得到有效控制的基础上 ,得出了对于带 IPC联络线可以有条件地容许相位相对滑移与异步运行状态的结论 ,并指出纯交流条件下特殊形式的异步互联与直流异步互联有某种相似性
The problem of relative slip and asynchronous operation between phases on both sides of the tie line of inter-phase power controller (IPC) in disturbances is studied.
