资金管理,对于任何企业来说,都是重中之重。对于建筑施工这样的一个特殊行业,也不例外。建筑行业除了本身的运营成本,常常还需要进行垫资等情况,对资金的管理就更为的关键,他直接关系到企业的生死存亡。所以本文对建筑施工企业资金管理进行研究,本文就企业资金紧张的原因召开探讨,对其的深度研究和剖析,对于建筑行业这样特殊的资金管理改如何进行管理,提出自己的看法和观看。本文主要从四个部分进行论述,第一节主要对建筑施工企业的特殊性进行简单阐诉。第二节对施工企业资金紧张的原因展开总体分析,第三节对其原因进行深度解析,同时针对其原因给出相应的建议,提出自己的观点,最后进行总体总结。
Money management, for any business, are top priority. For such a special construction industry, is no exception. In addition to its own operating costs, the construction industry often needs to be funded and so on. The management of capital is even more crucial. He is directly related to the survival of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper studies the capital management of construction enterprises. This article discusses the reasons for the shortage of capital, discusses and analyzes the causes of the shortage of funds, and puts forward my own opinions and views on how to manage such special funds management in the construction industry. This article mainly discusses from four parts, the first section mainly explains the particularity of construction enterprises. The second section gives an overall analysis of the reasons for the construction enterprises’ financial shortage. The third section analyzes the reasons in depth and gives corresponding suggestions according to the reasons, puts forward their own views and concludes with an overall conclusion.
