在微晶形焦磷钒酸锡柱上,以HNO_3-NH_4NO_3作淋洗剂,高选择性地分离Pb(Ⅱ),详细地研究了Pb(Ⅱ)与其它金属离子的定量分离条件。利用Pb(Ⅱ)与meso-四(四-三甲胺苯基)卟啉的高灵敏显色反应,以吸光光度法测定了人发中的微量铅。
The separation conditions of Pb (Ⅱ) and other metal ions were studied in detail with the aid of HNO_3-NH_4NO_3 as eluent and the selective separation of Pb (Ⅱ) from the microcrystalline CaCO_2 column. The trace lead in human hair was determined by absorptiometry using the highly sensitive color reaction of Pb (Ⅱ) with meso-tetra (tetrakis-trimethylaminophenyl) porphyrin.
