为掌握温拌阻燃沥青混合料实际使用效果,首先使用极限氧指数和黏度等试验分析了温拌剂和阻燃剂对沥青温拌、阻燃及常规性能的影响;然后使用锥形量热仪等研究了温拌阻燃沥青混合料的阻燃及路用性能,并采用小型加速加载试验对温拌阻燃沥青路面结构的使用耐久性进行了验证。研究结果表明:Sasobit对SBS改性沥青有明显的温拌效果,FRMAX~(TM)有明显的阻燃效果,且两者互不影响;Sasobit能改善SBS改性沥青高温性能,降低其低温性能,FRMAX~(TM)对温拌沥青高温性能和低温性能都有不利影响,同时两者对存储稳定性无影响;FRMAX~(TM)能明显提升SBS改性沥青混合料的阻燃抑烟性能,Sasobit对阻燃沥青混合料阻燃性能不利,但能改善其抑烟性能;Sasobit和FRMAX~(TM)对SBS改性沥青混合料高温稳定性无影响,略微降低其低温抗裂性和水稳定性,抗疲劳性能明显降低;温拌阻燃沥青混合料路面结构有良好的抗车辙和抗滑耐久性。
In order to understand the practical effect of warm mix flame retardant asphalt mixture, first of all, the influence of warm mix agent and flame retardant on warm mixing, flame retardancy and conventional performance of asphalt were analyzed by using limit oxygen index and viscosity test. Instrument and other research flame retardant and road performance of warm mix flame retardant asphalt mixture, and the use of small accelerated loading test of warm mix flame retardant asphalt pavement durability of the structure were validated. The results show that Sasobit has obvious warm mixing effect on SBS modified asphalt, FRMAX TM has obvious flame retardant effect, and the two do not affect each other. Sasobit can improve the high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt and reduce its low temperature performance , FRMAX ~ (TM) have an adverse effect on the high temperature performance and low temperature performance of warm-mix asphalt, and have no effect on storage stability; FRMAX ~ (TM) can significantly improve the flame retardant and smoke suppression performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture , Sasobit is unfavorable to the flame retardancy of the flame retardant asphalt mixture, but it can improve the smoke suppression performance. Sasobit and FRMAX ~ (TM) have no effect on the high temperature stability of the SBS modified asphalt mixture, slightly reducing its low temperature crack resistance and water Stability and anti-fatigue performance significantly reduced; warm mix flame retardant asphalt pavement structure has good anti-rutting and anti-skid durability.
