应变是一种教育机智的表现。在课堂教学中,师生双边活动处于错综复杂的状态,往往会出现一些意外情况。从学生方面来看,大致有三种:1.学生在纪律方面的过失;2.学生在学习方面的差错;3.学生的发散思维。如果处理不当,必然扰乱教学秩序,影响教育教学质量。这就要求教师以正确的态度和高超的技巧来处理这些意外情况。对纪律方面的过失要纠正;对学习方面的差错要指明,并给学生以热情的鼓励;对学生的发散思维所体现的创新精神要充分肯定。无论是哪种情况下,都要尊重自己的教育对象,因势利导,循循善诱,切不可因困窘而一味指责学生。下面的例子都从一个侧面给予了印证和说明。
Contingency is an expression of educational wit. In classroom teaching, teachers and students bilateral activities in a complex state, often there will be some unexpected situations. Students from the point of view, there are roughly three kinds: 1. Students in the discipline of negligence; 2. Students in learning errors; 3. Students divergent thinking. If not handled properly, will inevitably disturb the teaching order, affecting the quality of education and teaching. This requires teachers to deal with these unexpected situations with the correct attitude and superb skills. To correct the negligence of the discipline; to learn the mistakes to be specified, and to encourage students to enthusiastic; students to divergent thinking embodied in the spirit of innovation should be fully affirmed. No matter under what circumstances, we must respect their own educational objects, make the best use of the situation and follow the example of temptation. Students should not be blamed for being embarrassed. The following examples are from one side to give proof and description.
