除鞣质是丹参注射液制剂工艺的主要关键,近几年研究甚多,其中以醇溶液调pH法简便易行,较为常用。但对该法除鞣质最佳醇浓度和pH值尚未见报导。本文为此作了初步研究,报导如下: 实验部分一、试剂及仪器丹参(南京市药材公司提供) 原儿茶醛AR 上海化学试剂厂 721分光光度计上海分析仪器厂双波长薄层扫描仪日本岛津CS—930型 0.13%,亚甲蓝水溶液缓冲溶液:Na_2HPO_4——KH_2PO_4系统pH5.6—8.0 二、测定液制备取丹参1800g加水煮二次(2小时,1.5小时),过滤煎液,浓缩至1200ml,平分成4份,加入95%乙醇使含醇量分别达到60%、70%、80%、85%。
