目的探讨经食管三维超声心动图(3D-TEE)的临床应用价值及应用前景。方法选择各类心脏病患者20例。包括冠心病非心肌梗死1例、心肌梗死合并室壁瘤3例、先心病9例、瓣膜病7例。17例为术中体外循环前采集图像,3例为常规经食管超声检查时采集。结果大部分患者可获得满意的三维图像,并显示部分二维超声无法显示的结构及关系,同时由于经食管超声改善了经胸超声图像清晰度及分辨率,所显示三维图像也较经胸三维超声图像(3D-TTE)更为清晰。结论3D-TEE可立体动态显示心脏的解剖结构及毗邻关系、运动、功能等,具有着较高的应用价值和较好的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the clinical value and prospect of transesophageal three dimensional echocardiography (3D-TEE). Methods Select 20 kinds of heart disease patients. Including coronary heart disease in 1 case of non-myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction with aneurysm in 3 cases, 9 cases of congenital heart disease, valvular disease in 7 cases. Seventeen patients underwent extracorporeal cardiopulmonary bypass before surgery, and three patients underwent conventional transesophageal echocardiography. Results Most of the patients were able to obtain satisfactory three-dimensional images and showed the structure and relationship that some two-dimensional ultrasound could not display. At the same time, the transthoracic ultrasound image clarity and resolution were improved by transesophageal echocardiography. The displayed three- Ultrasound images (3D-TTE) more clearly. Conclusion 3D-TEE can display the anatomical structure, adjacent relationship, movement and function of the heart in a three-dimensional dynamic state, which has high application value and good application prospect.
