在突发事件的应急管理领域,面对松散、混乱和庞大的信息环境,如何设计一个科学、高效的决策支持方法,一直是学界研究的重点。本文根据本体集成的思想,提出了一个全新的基于本体建模的应急管理决策方法,并介绍了该决策支持方法的具体流程。同时,本文将该决策支持方法应用于MERS病毒传播的应对和处置中,详细地阐述了本体集成思想在应急管理决策支持方法中的实际意义。
In the field of emergency management of emergencies, how to design a scientific and efficient decision support method in the face of the loose, chaotic and huge information environment has always been the focus of academic research. Based on the idea of ontology integration, a new emergency management decision-making method based on ontology modeling is proposed in this paper, and the specific process of the decision support method is introduced. At the same time, this paper applies the method of decision support in the response and disposal of MERS virus dissemination, and expounds in detail the practical significance of ontology integration in emergency management decision support method.
