目前关于苏丹红氧化性损伤的研究主要集中在动物身上,对植物的生理毒性还未见报道。试验研究了不同浓度的苏丹红Ⅰ对蚕豆幼苗发芽率、根系活力和抗氧化酶活性的影响,现报道如下。1材料与方法1.1种子与试剂蚕豆干种子,购自信阳新华市场,为当年新生种子,挑选大小匀称的用于试验。苏丹红Ⅰ,购自上海谱振生物科技有限公司;二甲(基)亚砜(DMSO),购自上海抚生实业有限公司;其他常规试剂均为分析纯,市购。
At present, the studies on oxidative damage of Sudan mainly focus on animals, and the physiological toxicity of plants has not been reported yet. The effects of different concentrations of Sudan I on the germination rate, root vigor and antioxidant enzyme activity of Vicia faba seedlings were studied. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Seeds and reagents Broad bean seed, purchased from Xinyang Xinhua market, for the new year seeds, select the size of the well-used for testing. Sudan Ⅰ, purchased from Shanghai Spectrum Biological Technology Co., Ltd.; Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), purchased from Shanghai Fusheng Industrial Co., Ltd .; other conventional reagents are of analytical grade, commercially available.
