大庆朝阳沟油田,上部地层易造浆,下部地层易剥落、掉块。钻斜直井更易开塌,所以要求钻井液防塌能力强、润滑性能好、携岩能力强。钻井二公司试验了以FA-578和XY-38为主的两性离子聚合物钻井液体系,取得了较好效果。通过3口井的现场试验,证明该体系对钻屑包被较好,使造浆得到控制;携岩能力强,起下钻畅通;润滑性能好,未发生粘卡;防止了井塌;稳定性好,便于维护、处理。结果3口试验井的平均机械钻速比对比井提高4m/h,完井周期提前4.38d。
