在河南省调通中心引进加拿大CAE公司第三代能量管理系统(EMS)的平台上,开发了实时调度主站系统。该系统可以根据EMS中超短期负荷预报的结果以及当前各台机组出力水平和控制模式实时地确定下一时段系统发电功率的调整量,并将该调整量按照机组日计划和报价曲线分配到各台机组。
On the platform of introducing the third generation energy management system (EMS) of Canadian CAE Company through the introduction of Henan Tiandong Center, a real-time dispatching master system has been developed. The system can be based on EMS in the results of ultra-short-term load forecasting and the current output level and control mode of each unit in real time to determine the next period of system power generation adjustment, and the adjustment in accordance with the unit schedule and quotation curve assigned to each station unit.
