济南化纤总公司(原济南涤纶工程)是“七五”期间国家化纤原料重点建设项目,亦是济南市建国以来投资最大的项目,投资额为12.21亿元。工程于1988年10月开工,91年7月建成试产,95年7月正式通过国家验收。四套主生产装置的设计能力为:PTA-7.5万吨/年,PET-6.6万吨/年,涤纶短纤维-1.5万吨/年,涤纶长丝-1万吨/年。其中两套化工装置由日本引进,具有世界80年代中期的先进水平。
Jinan Chemical Fiber Corporation (formerly Jinan Polyester Engineering) was the key national chemical fiber raw material construction project during the 7th Five-Year Plan period. It was also the largest investment project in Jinan since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, with an investment of 1.221 billion yuan. The project was started in October 1988 and trial production was completed in July 1991. In July 1995, it was officially approved by the state. The design capabilities of the four main production units are: PTA - 75,000 tons/year, PET - 66,000 tons/year, polyester staple fiber - 15,000 tons/year, and polyester filament - 1 million tons/year. Among them, two sets of chemical plants were introduced from Japan and have advanced levels in the mid-80s of the world.
