核电站反应堆压力容器(RPV)作为电站不可更换的关键核心部件,一直是核电行业研究人员所关注的重点,准确计算RPV的运行参数和评价运行寿命是实现保证核电站安全且充分发挥发电潜力的有效途径。近年来,Master曲线分析技术的出现,提高了RPV辐照后断裂性能的评估水平,可利用Master曲线断裂韧性直接评价RPV的结构完整性,有效提高了RPV的服役安全和能力。本工作完成辐照前国产RPV材料断裂韧性测试,材料断裂韧性测试在国产电液伺服试验机上
Reactor pressure vessel (RPV) of nuclear power plant, as the key non-replaceable core component of power plant, has always been the focus of researchers in the nuclear power industry. Accurately calculating RPV operating parameters and evaluating operational life are effective ways to ensure the safety of nuclear power plants and give full play to their potential for power generation . In recent years, the appearance of master curve analysis technology has improved the assessment of fracture performance after RPV irradiation. The fracture toughness of Master curve can be used to directly evaluate the structural integrity of RPV and effectively improve the service safety and capability of RPV.
