青少年犯罪正成为一个世界性的严重社会问题,特别是近几年,青少年犯罪有明显的上升趋势,这引起世界各国的广泛关注。本文通过深入分析青少年犯罪的现状和特点,就如何更好地预防、治理青少年犯罪提出了以下对策:大力开展法制教育,积极构建家庭防线,深化教育体制改革,严厉打击侵害青少年权益的行为,完善立法预防青少年犯罪,建议立法机关考虑将刑事责任年龄适当降低等,以期对违法青少年的转化及遏制青少年犯罪起到有益的作用。
Juvenile delinquency is becoming a worldwide serious social problem. In particular, there has been a clear upward trend in juvenile delinquency in recent years. This has caused widespread concern in various countries in the world. Through in-depth analysis of the status quo and characteristics of juvenile delinquency, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures on how to better prevent and control juvenile delinquency: vigorously carry out education in the legal system, actively build a family defensive line, deepen the reform of the educational system, crack down on violations of the rights and interests of young people and improve To legislate to prevent juvenile delinquency, it is proposed that the legislature should consider reducing the age of criminal responsibility appropriately so as to play a beneficial role in the transformation of juvenile delinquency and the suppression of juvenile delinquency.
