为探讨血浆内皮素 (ET- 1)与蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)发生、发展的关系 ,对 2 8例 SAH患者 (SAH组 )的 ET- 1水平动态变化进行了观察 ,并与 30例健康人 (对照组 )进行比较。结果显示 ,SAH组发病 1~ 14天 ET- 1浓度明显增高 ;伴脑血管痉挛 (CVS)者第 7天、14天血浆 ET- 1浓度均明显高于不伴 CVS者 ;出血量多者血浆ET- 1浓度较高。认为 ET- 1参与了 SAH的发生、发展 ,测定其浓度可为监测 SAH病情、出血量及判断有无 CVS提供依据
To investigate the relationship between ET-1 and the occurrence and development of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), the dynamic changes of ET-1 level in 28 SAH patients (SAH group) were observed and compared with 30 Healthy people (control group) were compared. The results showed that the concentration of ET-1 in SAH group was significantly increased from 1 to 14 days after onset of SAH. The concentrations of ET-1 in CVS group on day 7 and 14 were significantly higher than those without CVS. The plasma levels of plasma ET-1 concentration is higher. That ET-1 involved in the occurrence of SAH, development, determination of its concentration for the monitoring of SAH disease, bleeding and CVS provide a basis for judging
