根据零件的结构,确定了压铸件的分型面,设计了浇注系统;选用的卧式冷室压铸机,进行了压铸模具总体结构设计。该模具用卸料板推出机构的模架,开模后,推杆将卸料板沿分型面推开;通过卸料板推出铸件,受力均衡,不易发生变形。采用了侧向抽芯机构、活动型芯的新型定位方式,保证了孔的位置精度,可生产合格的产品。
According to the structure of the parts, the parting surface of the die-casting parts was determined, and the pouring system was designed. The horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine was selected to carry out the overall structure design of the die-casting molds. The mold is used to push out the mold frame of the mechanism by a stripper plate, and after the mold is opened, the push rod pushes the stripper plate along the parting surface; the casting is pushed out through the stripper plate and is evenly balanced and not easily deformed. Using a lateral core pulling mechanism, a new positioning of the movable core to ensure the accuracy of the location of the hole, can produce qualified products.
