磁共振扩散张量成像( DTI)具有无创性,常用于了解白质纤维的连通性及完整性。目前DTI在前视路主要应用于视神经病变(如缺血、外伤、视神经炎等)、青光眼视路病变、肿瘤占位等方面的研究。在熟悉DTI成像原理、了解其应用现状的基础上,利用 DTI研究垂体瘤患者所致前视路病变,继发视觉传导通路白质纤维束的功能变化信息,从而了解其相对各向异性、平均扩散率及表观扩散系数特征,评价患者的预后并判断其转归。“,”Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging ( DTI) is noninvasive,and is often used to under-stand white matter fiber′s connectivity and integrity.At present,DTI is mainly used in optic neuropathy(such as ischemia,trauma,optic neuritis),glaucoma,neoplastic lesion in the anterior visual pathways pathological changes.On the basis of familiarizing with the principle of DTI and understanding DTI′s application status, DTI can be used to study the fiber alteration in the patient of pituitary adenomas further to understand frac-tional anisotropy, mean diffusivity and apparent diffusion coefficients′characteristics for evaluating the patients′prognosis and outcome.
