肾小球足细胞是高度分化的终末细胞。有关足细胞的认识 ,近年来进展很快。其在遗传性肾脏疾病和肾小球疾病的慢性进展中发挥重要作用。人们期待通过研究足细胞从分子水平上阐明肾小球疾病的发病机制 ,从而为更好的进行干预提供依据。本文就遗传性足细胞疾病、细胞生物学、足细胞损伤与肾小球硬化等方面的新进展作一综述
Glomerular podocytes are highly differentiated terminal cells. Concerns about podocytes have progressed rapidly in recent years. It plays an important role in the chronic progression of hereditary kidney disease and glomerular disease. It is hoped that the pathogenesis of glomerular diseases will be elucidated at the molecular level by studying podocyte so as to provide a basis for better intervention. This article reviews the recent advances in hereditary podocyte diseases, cell biology, podocyte injury and glomerulosclerosis
