目的:观察中药肺复康方治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为两组各32例。对照组单纯采用GP或TP方案化疗,治疗组单纯采用中药肺复康方治疗。观察原发病灶疗效、生存率、生活质量变化,毒副反应发生率,免疫功能等。结果:两组原发病灶有效率比较,治疗组15.63%,对照组40.63%。差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组,1年及2年生存率治疗组分别为68.75%,43.75%,对照组分别为43.75%,21.88%,两组生存率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后生活质量改善有效率治疗组为78.12%,对照组为45.62%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应中恶心呕吐、白细胞下降及血小板下降的发生率比较,差异均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组低于对照组。两组治疗后肝肾功能变化中谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮升高率比较,差异有非常显著性或显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),提示对照组肝肾功能损害大于治疗组。两组治疗后免疫功能变化比较,在NK、IL-2、CD4+/CD8+等方面,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:单纯中药肺复康方治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效优于单纯化疗。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine “Fufukang” on advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 32 cases. The control group was treated with GP or TP alone, and the treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Fei Fu Kang. Observation of primary lesion efficacy, survival rate, quality of life changes, the incidence of toxic reactions, immune function. There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.01, P <0.05), indicating that the liver and renal dysfunction in the control group was greater than that in the treatment group. The difference of immune function between the two groups after treatment was significant (P <0.01) in the aspects of NK, IL-2 and CD4 + / CD8 +. The treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusions: The curative effect of simple Chinese medicine Fufukang decoction on advanced non-small cell lung cancer is better than chemotherapy alone.
