该文设计了一种大功率应用场合下,主桥路采用晶闸管控制的电流源型静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)。该变换器融合多电平技术、电流注入技术,使得主电路中功率器件的开关频率较低,降低了开关损耗;注入电路所固有的零电流特性为主电路中使用晶闸管提供了可能,实现真正意义上的软开关。利用PLECS软件对STATCOM模型进行仿真,结果表明能够实现灵活的无功功率全范围控制。制作实验装置采集波形验证了系统能够实现灵活的功率调节。
In this paper, a thyristor controlled current synchronous rectifier (STATCOM) is designed for high-power applications. The converter incorporates multi-level technology and current injection technology to make the switching frequency of the power devices in the main circuit lower and reduce the switching loss. The inherent zero-current characteristic of the injection circuit provides the possibility of using thyristors in the main circuit and realizes the real The meaning of the soft switch. The simulation of STATCOM model using PLECS software shows that flexible reactive power full-range control can be achieved. Production of experimental device acquisition waveform verification of the system to achieve flexible power regulation.
