“教学工厂”理念是新加坡南洋理工学院独创的先进的教学模式、教学思想,实现真正的“教、学、做”一体化。近年来我国电子商务发展呈现出良好的发展态势,电子商务人才的需求急剧增加。但我国的高职电子商务人才一直存在就业难的问题。本文以国家教育部的16号文件精神为指导思想,大胆借鉴“教学工厂”理念,提出了高职电子商务人才培养的改革思路,以期突破当前人才培养的矛盾与瓶颈。 The concept of “teaching factory” is an advanced advanced teaching mode and teaching idea created by Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic University. It is a true integration of teaching, learning and doing. In recent years, the development of e-commerce in China has shown a good development trend, and the demand for e-commerce talent has increased dramatically. However, there are always problems in employment in China’s higher vocational e-commerce talents. This paper takes the spirit of No.16 document of the Ministry of Education as the guiding ideology, boldly learns from the concept of “teaching factory”, and puts forward the reform ideas for the cultivation of e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges, with a view to breaking through the contradiction and bottleneck of current talent cultivation.
