“经济要发展,人才是关键”。荣成市链杆厂的决策者们深谙此道。几年来,他们采取多种措施,引进了十多名急需的专业技术人才。为了使引进的人才留得住、用的好,他们积极为引进的专业技术人员排忧解难,使引进的人才心情舒畅地投入到科研生产中去。首先,树立主人翁意识。针对外来专业技术人员人生地不熟,对事情敏感、易产生失落感的心理特点,厂领导主动与他们交朋友,以聊天、开座谈会等形式,了解他们的想法,征求他们对厂子里各种问题的处理意见,使他们在心理上有一种自己是企业主人的满足感、自豪感。其次是在生活上关心,无微不至。厂子里对引进的科技人员做了免费就餐的规定,把最好的办公室改做单身宿含,并专门购买了电视机、录相机等,丰富他们的业余生活。厂里还在资金紧张的情况下,在市开发区购买了三室一厅的人才楼,并配齐家俱,使已婚的引进人才全部住进了新居。他们还安排专人为科技人员解决家属就业、子女转学、户粮关系等一系列问题。

Over the past few years, they have taken various measures and introduced more than a dozen urgently needed professional and technical personnel. In order to make the imported talents stay and use well, they actively solve problems for the introduced professional and technical personnel, and make the imported talents feel comfortable in scientific research and production. First, establish a sense of ownership. In response to the psychological characteristics of foreign professional technicians who are unfamiliar with life, sensitive to things, and prone to feeling lost, factory leaders take the initiative to make friends with them, to chat, open forums and other forms to understand their ideas and solicit them for various kinds of plants. The treatment of problems has made them psychologically aware of their own satisfaction and pride. Followed by care in life, in every possible way. The factory provided free technology for the imported scientific and technical personnel, changed the best office to be single, and purchased televisions and video cameras to enrich their leisure time. The factory was still under tight funding and purchased a three-room, one-room talent building in the city development zone. Furniture was also allocated to move all of the married talents into their new homes. They also arranged special personnel for the scientific and technical personnel to solve a series of problems such as family employment, children’s transfer, household-food relations and so on.
