宝钢热轧制油油品经过改良以后,降轧制力效果明显,但是投入以后较易发生活套抬高(起套)以及厚度波动等现象,阻碍了轧制油的投入。通过对起套和厚度波动的原因进行分析,采取调整AGC和活套对主传动的调节速度等措施有效减轻了上述现象,提高了轧制润滑的使用率,降低了轧辊的辊耗和轧机的电耗。
