网络技术不断发展,网络给人们提供更多的信息服务,信息传输让人们实现了远程办公。但是随着网路功能增加、网络结构也越来越复杂。一旦网络发生故障就会给人们生活、工作、学习带来各种各样的麻烦,人们对于网络的依赖性越高,对于网络故障诊断的需求也就越高,对于诊断效率和诊断技术的要求也越来越高。该文重点讲述了人工智能在网络故障诊断中的应用和存在的问题,并提出了几点建议,供业内人士参考。
